How much does it cost to receive eStatements?
It's FREE! There is no cost to you to enjoy the convenience and security of electronic statements.
Which accounts can I sign up for eStatements?
You can sign up any FWBT checking, savings and/or money market accounts.
Is special software required to view my eStatements online?
Internet Explorer 5.5 or above must be installed on your computer. To download a free copy, click here. It is necessary to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above installed on your computer to view your eStatement. You can obtain a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader by visiting http://www.acrobat.com .
What is my User Name?
Your User Name is the log in name you will need to use to access your eStatement. Your user name will be sent to you via email 1-2 business days after you have enrolled for eStatements.
Will my eStatement look the same as my printed statement?
Yes, your eStatement will look identical to your paper statement.
When do I receive my eStatement?
You will receive your eStatement on your regularly scheduled, monthly statement cycle. An email will be sent notifying you that it is available.
How is my account information protected?
We do not send your actual statement through email, instead we send you an email notification that your eStatement is available to view online. You must then log on to our secure website, using your assigned User Name and personalized password. Your account information is protected by 128-bit encryption for your security.
After I sign up, when can I expect to receive my first eStatement?
You will begin to receive eStatements and stop receiving paper statements with your next statement cycle. If your statement has recently cycled, you may receive one last paper statement before electronic statements begin.
Can I get my eStatement more than once?
You may download an eStatement up to 90 days. If you need a statement older than 90 days, please contact First Wisconsin Bank & Trust at 262.317.6400.
What should I do if I did not receive my eStatement?
If you have not received an email notifying you that your statement is available to view online, call First Wisconsin Bank & Trust at 262.317.6400.
How do I change my password?
To change your password, you must log in to your eStatements. Located in the upper-right hand corner of the screen, click on "Change Password." You will be asked to type in your Old Password, and then type in and reconfirm your New Password.
What happens if I enter an incorrect password too many times?
For your security, the system will disable you after 3 incorrect password attempts. Please call First Wisconsin Bank & Trust at 262.317.6400.

How do I change my email address to which my eStatement notifications are sent?
It is very important to make sure that your email address is kept current. You can change your email address by clicking here.
How can I view my daily banking activity?
In addition to having your statements sent to you electronically, you can also sign up for our Personal eCash and/or Business eCash services. eCash allows you to access real time information on deposit accounts, transfer funds between accounts, view check images, pay your bills and much more!
How do I view my eStatement?
Simply click on the link that is provided in the notification email.
• Enter your User Name.
• Enter your personalized password.
• Click "Login" or press enter.
• Click on the underlined "Statement" link to view your statement.
How do I save my eStatement?
• Click on the disk icon that is located on the title menu bar, "Save a copy."
• Choose the file where you want to save your statement.
• Choose a file name (Example: April 2006 for your April 2006 statement.)
• Click "Save" and your statement will be stored on your computer.
How do I print my eStatement?
• Choose "File" from your top menu bar.
• Click "Print."
